New month, new theme for July.
If you don’t know me personally, you’re probably unaware that the beginning of July (July 2nd, to be exact) ushers in my birthday. This year, it happens to be my 30th birthday, so I’ve decided to devote the entire month to movies and other pop culture that took place in that awesome year.
1985 was a great year for movies: Back to the Future, The Goonies, The Breakfast Club, and many other classics came out 30 years ago, so it’s a perfect time to look back. I’ve been slacking a bit lately with articles, so I’m hoping that this new theme will get the creative juices flowing (ewww.)
Anyway, be on the lookout for a Throwback Month, back to 1985. Back when New Coke was about to take over the world. Stay tuned.
