After more than a six month hiatus, the Main Damie Podcast is back with a new format that we’re looking to try out. Rather than a movie-of-the week type format, we each pick a topic to discuss.
To start off, we each recount what we’ve been up to since we last did a podcast. Dan moved to Boston and then moved back, Mark survived the Pope’s visit to Philly, and Anthony went and got himself married.
The three topics start off with Mark talking about the Harper-Papelbon scuffle, which leads to a talk about the antiquated ways of the MLB and how it’s hurting interest. We then delve into the upcoming slate of films from DC and Marvel, and finish off with a discussion on network television and it’s impending death.
